I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the city, right near Michigan Ave. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, but the service could have been better in terms of timely communication about road closures. Overall, I found it to be a good value for money, but the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its spacious suites featuring separate sleeping and living areas. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks off Michigan Avenue which made it convenient for shopping and dining. However, I did experience some issues with service that were disappointing, and while the dining options were decent, it could use some improvement as well.
